HOW TO OBTAIN A REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON’S LICENSE

Massachusetts State Law requires completion of a 40-hour course, which is divided into 10 four-hour sessions concentrating on the following subjects:

Property & Management
Condos & Leases
Contracts & Deeds
Financing
Brokerage
Appraisal
Fair Housing
Massachusetts Law
Commercial
Closings

We have a thorough, comprehensive textbook with over 600 practice questions and the latest information. You can repeat the course as often as you like for one year, but most students pass the first time.

At the completion of the course you will be provided with an Educational Certificate, which will enable you to take the State’s test at the following locations:

Tuesday through Saturday in Boston or Woburn
Thursday through Saturday in North Dartmouth or Worcester
One day a week Springfield

The testing company will provide you with addresses and directions when you call to register for the test.

You must receive a 70% or better passing score on a 120+ multiple choice question test. You are notified immediately and you will receive your license immediately upon passing.

The cost of the course is $350, which includes all materials. The tuition can be paid by cash, check or credit card. CLASSES ARE ONGOING EVERY WEEK! We have the ability to allow you to complete the course in a week, or month through evening, daytime or weekend instruction.
